“Let’s get together next week” — you drop that in the group chat and the real work begins.
One person can’t do Tuesday, another only Thursday evening, a third hasn’t replied at all.
By the time you’ve scrolled up and down counting who said what, you’re back to counting from the start.

With this tool you set a few candidate times and hand out one address.
Everyone ticks what works, and the host’s screen collects it into a table.
The date that suits the most people simply surfaces.

Respondents don’t need to sign in. Only the person creating the poll signs in with Google.

How to Use

  1. Sign in with Google in the top-right, fill out the form on the home screen, and click Create poll.
  2. You are taken directly to the manage screen where you can copy the share URL and watch responses come in.
  3. Once enough people have replied, pick the winning candidate’s confirm radio and click Confirm Schedule.
  4. Anyone visiting the URL after confirmation sees the result screen with date, location, and notes.

Create-poll form

  • Title (required): up to 80 characters.
  • Description (optional): extra notes for participants. URLs are auto-linkified across the respond / manage / result screens.
  • Candidates (required): date (weekday is shown automatically) + hour / minute selects in 10-minute steps.
    • Today 12:00 and tomorrow 12:00 are pre-filled by default.
    • The + button next to the label adds a new row with the next day at the same time based on the last row.
    • Time selects accept (unspecified).
  • Mode: Anonymous (default) or Named.
    • Anonymous: a single shared URL. Device fingerprint prevents duplicate responses.
    • Named: each pre-registered participant gets a personal URL, enabling per-person tracking and manual reminders.
  • Participants (required in Named mode): one name per line in the textarea. A unique hash URL is auto-generated per person.

Sharing URLs

  • Anonymous: copy the single URL from the Share URL panel and send it via your messenger / email / SNS of choice.
  • Named: copy each person’s URL from the Participant URLs panel.
    • Only the first 5 are shown by default; toggle “Show N more” to expand.
    • The Add participants button (top right of the panel) opens a modal to add more names; each row has an × button to remove the participant and their response together.
    • Download (TXT): tab-separated name\turl file (UTF-8 with BOM) — ready for Excel mail-merge.

Responding

Participants open the shared URL and tick Yes (✓) / No (✕) for each candidate, then press Save response.

  • In Anonymous mode the name field is optional (leave blank to remain anonymous).
  • Revisiting the same URL shows your previous reply, which you can update freely.

Collecting and Confirming

Response matrix

The matrix on the manage screen updates in real time.

  • Header: each candidate (date + time) — the confirmed one is highlighted in dark purple.
  • Total row (right under the header): per-candidate Yes / No tally and the confirm radio.
  • Participant rows: each person’s reply (✓ / ✕ / · for no reply).
  • Updates stream in live as new responses come in.

Confirming the schedule

  1. Pick the confirm radio in the total row for the candidate you want. The selected cell pulses with an animated outline.
  2. The Confirm Schedule button below the matrix becomes active.
  3. If location and notes are both empty when you click confirm, a modal suggests entering them. You can choose Save & confirm or Skip & confirm.
  4. After confirmation, only the Cancel confirmation button is shown. To make changes, cancel and re-confirm.

Result screen

Visiting the main URL of a confirmed poll shows the result screen to participants.

  • The confirmed date (with weekday), location, and notes are displayed in a card.
  • URLs in the location and notes fields are auto-linkified — handy for map links.

Good to Know

Direct access to the manage screen

  • When the creator visits the main URL (#pollId), they see the respond screen as participants would (share preview).
  • Open the manage screen via the My Polls list on home, or by navigating to #pollId/manage directly.

Data retention and auto cleanup

  • Every poll is kept for 30 days from creation.
  • Expired polls (and their responses) are removed automatically.
  • To delete a poll yourself, use the trash button in the My Polls list.

Internationalization

The whole page supports Korean and English; toggle KO/EN in the top-left and the weekdays, matrix headers, and help text all update in place.
